03Proof of identity or authority
One document is required

Upload an official document that helps administrators verify your organization or authority, such as a registration certificate, appointment letter, official letterhead, or a community mandate/consent letter for a custodian representative. A second document is optional.

Proof documents are stored privately and can only be opened by a signed-in administrator reviewing the application. They are not displayed on public pages.

04Create portal access
What happens after submission?

Your membership application will be Pending review. Use your email and password on Check application status. Once approved, sign in to submit a work; each work must also be approved by an administrator before its number is active and a QR can be generated.
